Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha, also known as Gugu Mbatha, is an internationally renowned British stage and film actress who became famous after she appeared in the "Doctor Who' (a British science-fiction TV show) The show aired on BBC channel. Gugu gained fame for her role as Tish Jones in the series by BBC. The character was sister to a main character called Martha Jones. People loved her joyous personality and it was clear that there would be there was no turning back for Gugu after a successful acting career in the future! Chelsea Joy Handler was born on the 25th of February 75th, 1975, within Livingston, New Jersey. Handler was among the youngest of six children. Handler's father was an used car dealer, and her mother, a homemaker. Her mother is a German who immigrated to the United States from Germany in 1958. Breast cancer was discovered in the year 1989. Handler died 10 years later after fighting cancer. Handler was raised Reform Judaism by her father and grandfather, who were Jewish. Handler enjoyed a pleasant and healthy growing up in a posh neighborhood. When she was 19, Handler moved into Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. Handler began her career as an actress in order in order to help her. However, when she was age 21, Handler decided to pursue stand-up comedy as a full-time profession since she discovered her storytelling capabilities. Handler began her professional career with the Oxygen Network's Girls Behaving Poorly which was a reality program with a hidden-camera/practical joke. The show was on the air from 2002 through 2005. The host was featured on other show, like Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler began her work as the correspondent host on The Tonight Show. Handler gained notoriety in 2006 when she hosted the show on E! named The Chelsea Handler Show. The show ran for a total of two seasons. The next year, Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend as well as HBO have broadcast the stand-up comedian's shows. In 2010 she was informed that she would be hosting for the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. In doing so, she was the second female host on record, following Roseanne.
